Corse Calvi Fuimesceccu Rosé is 1/3 Niellucci, 1/3 Sciacarrellu 1/3 Grenache. Aromas of lemon, peach and red berries. Bold and refreshing, ripe red fruit, good acidity, dry finish with hints of herbs. Pairs with white meat and sweet potatoes and most items on your table.
Our Cheverny White is 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Menu Pineau. Aromas of quince, kumquat and hints of exotic fruit. Fresh, clean, very indicative of the Loire Valley. A perfect companion for poached trout, fingerling potatoes and savory Brussel sprouts.
Bourgogne White is 100% Chardonnay in stainless steel with no oak. Distinct acidity and freshness on the finish and pairs great with salads.
Vouvray Dry is 100% Chenin Blanc, round on the palate with plenty of juicy acidity. This fantastic Vouvay goes well with glazed ham and baked halibut.
Our versatile Sancerre White is 100% Sauvignon Blanc with no oak. It has a lovely richness with balanced fruit, wonderful mineral and zippy acidity. The most famous pairing is Goat cheese - Crottin de Chavignol.
Muscadet Sevre et Maine sur Lie is 100% Melon de Bourgogne. Light to medium-bodied with freshness, often floral and fruity notes and crisp acidity. Pairs with seafood-based Canapés, oysters, crab quiche, seafood and vegetable salad with roasted peppers and radicchio.
