Our versatile Saint-Joseph is 100% Syrah. It has fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry, tea, garrigue, new saddle leather and cured meat. Medium to full-bodied, supple, polished, dark fruit laced, spice and vibrant minerality. Pairs well with strong cheeses, roasted pheasant and braised beef.
Fronton is 100% Negrette with aromas of ripe fruit, black licorice, eucalyptus and herbs. A real intricate full-bodied wine that exhibits great structure with a solid freshness. Pairs well with roasted lamb.
Bourgueil is 100% Cabernet Franc with no oak. Intense aromas of cherry, strawberry and violet, those notes continue on the palate creating a harmonious wine. Medium-bodied with moderate tannins and alcohol. This is a versatile treat at the dinner table. Pairs well with grilled or turkey, pork, roasted venison with Lyonnaise potatoes or mashed potatoes. For fans of red wine and cheese, pair Bourgueil with aged, firm goat and sheep’s milk cheeses.
Cotes du Rhone Villages is 55% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 5% Mourvèdre. The nose is pretty, elegant, complex and red fruit-driven (raspberries, strawberries) with licorice, soft spices and hints of sage. uicy acidity, beautiful sweet jammy taste, enhanced with notes of licorice and pepper, supple and polished palate with fresh and silky tannins. Pairs with cold cuts, braised lamb with mashed potatoes.
Fleurie Les Roches is 100% Gamay with complex layers of tannins. Pairs with lamb casserole, poultry, duck breast with mustard, white meat and cheese.
Bourgogne Red Cuvee des Maison Dieu is 100% Pinot Noir. Les Maison-Dieu," is a lieu-dit (named site) in the village of Pommard and is a declassified Pommard. Delicate aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and freshly picked ripe strawberry. Medium-bodied with fine tannin and well-judged acidity. Pairs with roast turkey, beef with Morel or Porcini mushrooms and hard cheeses.
