Vinification: Traditional vinification, whole bunch maceration during 4 weeks. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels with a second malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes: Elegant perfumes, fruity nose of red fruits. Light and silky with a nice structure.
Food: Cheeseburger, pork rilettes, legs of lamb with spices, grilled sausage, rabbit with mustard sauce and duck breasts.
