Nose: Lemony aromas with underlying sweet oak and hints of mineral and apple.
Palate: Dry, low-medium acidity. Beautiful complex with lemon, apple, minerals and toasty oak. Full, unctuous, elegant and long with a slightly perfumed and smoky finish. Subtle vanilla ice-cream after-taste.
Food: Herb marinated grilled sea bass on great northern beans with almonds, trout, scallops in bechamel sauce.
