Domaine Coillot, Marsannay - Cote de Nuits
The Coillot domaine was established in the village of Marsannay in the 1960s by Bernard Coillot, the father of Christophe Coillot. The estate includes 30 acres of vineyards, ranging from 20 to 65 years of age and extends over 5 villages in the Cote de Nuits. Christophe’s philosophy is to make terroir-driven wines as natural as possible, with the least amount of intervention in the vineyard. The estate practices sustainable farming and does not use insecticides, pesticides or herbicides or chaptalization.
