Signature Policy
By using this site you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient is at least 21 years of age. If you do not meet the age requirement upon delivery, and your order is returned, you will be liable for the cost of shipping and be billed accordingly. At the time of delivery, an adult signature will be REQUIRED.

State Restrictions
Due to state alcohol regulations, at this time, we are currently shipping to California, District of Columbia, Florida (excluding: Lafayette, Liberty & Washington Counties), Nevada and New Mexico ONLY. Please check back with later – we will be adding additional states shortly.

Processing & Shipping
Orders can take up to two business days to process. After we process your order, your wines will be immediately shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation when your wines are ship out. If there is a delay, we will immediately notify you by email.

The standard shipping for all orders is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process and include the cost of boxes, foam inserts and carrier charges. We do not charge shipping or handling on all wine club orders.

We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery.

Insurance
AOCWines.com automatically adds insurance to each order placed online at no additional costs. This covers you from any package lost or damaged during transit.

Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful and your order is returned to AOC Wines, you will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling. We strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address for the delivery of your order.
