Domaine Besson, Pouilly-Fuisse - Burgundy
Domaine de Pouilly/Domaine Besson is located in the middle of Pouilly-Fuisse in the south of Burgundy and covers 40 acres of vines. The domaine was first established by Andre’s grandfather, Petrus, in 1933, after working as a winemaker and vineyard manager.
Today, Vincent and his brother Pierre Antoine have been adding their own dimension. They own some of the oldest vines in Pouilly and in 1999 André handed over a small parcel of these vines to Vincent to make his first vintage. The character of the wine reflects the artisan craft these four generations of winemakers have mastered.
